Some notes about our delivery service
Orders will normally be shipped out within 3 working days. All orders small enough to be boxed are sent within 24 hours (business days) after purchase.
All customers need to provide a contact telephone number and an email address for our couriers before we can ship an order.
It is crucial that orders are inspected on arrival or, at least, within 14 days of receipt. Any issues or damage in transit MUST be communicated with us immediately. Please, carefully read our Return Policy.
Large items will delivered either by private courier or pallet service, so please allow for a longer dispatch and delivery timescale.
We will notify you when your order has been shipped and the carrier will contact you regarding the day/date of delivery, which will be between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
It is absolutely essential that you are at the address to take delivery and are reachable on the telephone number you provide. Failure to do so will result in a re-delivery charge by the pallet company of which we have no control over.
For pallet deliveries, the driver will provide a 'doorstep' service (ground floor) - unfortunately, they will be unable to assist with bringing the item indoors. If you require assistance with this you must inform us prior to shipping, so that we can use a more appropriate service, of which there may be an additional charge.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any access issues at the point of ordering. Failure to do so may incur additional charges for redelivery.
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
